Clover (Trifolium)
Clover Honey
Mild, sweet, and gentle.
1 lb glass jar — Seasonal — back when the bloom returns.
Clover Honey comes from bees foraging the white and red clover that grows across California pastures and foothill meadows. It is one of the mildest honeys we harvest — pale, sweet, and gently floral. Because clover blooms dependably through the warm months, this is often a customer favorite, though our supply is always limited to what the bees gather in a given season. Like every Chrisman harvest, it is raw and unfiltered; its color and texture may naturally shift from one bloom to the next.
