Wildflower Honey
The taste of the season, in a jar.
Size
Our Raw Wildflower Honey comes from the mixture of flowering plants available to the bees during a particular nectar flow. Because every season is different, its color, flavor, aroma, texture, and crystallization may naturally vary from one harvest to the next. That is part of the beauty of genuine raw honey — it is an agricultural product, not something manufactured to stay identical forever.

The Harvest Story
From a California Mountain Range to Glass
This jar didn't come off a planted field — it came off a wild California mountain range. Here's how the 2026 wildflower harvest got from range to glass.
- 01
The Range
Our hives are hauled up onto a California mountain range and set among dry grass and chaparral. No cultivated fields, no monoculture — just wild, open rangeland for the bees to work.
- 02
The Bloom
The bees forage a patchwork of wild plants blooming across the range — mostly wild sage and wild coastal alfalfa, among many other wild varieties. Each flower lends its own note to the honey.
- 03
The Pull · 2026
When the honey is ripe and the comb is capped, Eve and Cy bring the honey in by hand — just the two of us and the bees, in a quiet, wild place.
- 04
Bottled Raw
Back at the apiary the honey is settled and bottled raw in glass. We never use heat on our honey, and it's never strained thin. Color, texture, and flavor shift naturally from harvest to harvest.

Pure wildflower goodness
Pure wildflower goodness. The amber color tells you everything about the flavor before you even taste it. This is what honey is supposed to taste like.
